HCC are working towards the ability to trade electronically using e–mail and web technology. It removes paper processes and reduces costs for both buyer and supplier, making trading simpler and more cost effective. HCC have in place an system to provide the whole procurement process from requisitioning, ordering, acknowledgement, receipting, invoicing to paying happens electronically. HCC also make use of some electronic catalogues for the purchase of low value goods and services.
Our business units are using the Government Procurement Card, which is a Visa based corporate purchasing card, when purchasing low value goods and services.
